EVENT & TICKET TERMS

Ticket use
Each issued ticket is valid only for the event and ticket type shown on the confirmation. Ticket codes may be checked once at entry and must not be duplicated, resold fraudulently or used after being voided.
Payment and confirmation
A verified supporter session is required to begin ticket checkout. Online payments are processed through Chapa or another payment method displayed by EFN. A checkout redirect alone is not proof of payment. Admission is confirmed only after the organizer’s server verifies the transaction amount, currency, status and reference and issues a ticket code.
Event operation
Schedules, access zones and program elements may change where required for safety, weather, authority instructions or operational needs. Guests must follow marshal, security and venue instructions at all times.
Fan Picks
Fan Picks is a free entertainment feature. It does not accept money or anything of value, publish wagering odds, or provide prizes or payouts. Picks may be changed until the published lock time. Matchups and lock times may change when the event running order changes.
Conduct and safety
Dangerous, abusive or disruptive conduct may result in removal without re-entry. Spectators must remain within authorized zones and may not enter the cage, athlete preparation areas or restricted production spaces without the correct credential.
